Re-enable money transfer for trades between player assets.

Known Issues: This mod makes it impossible to complete final trade of the BoFu delivery mission in the Boron plot and the medical supply delivery mission in the HAT plot. The workaround is to temporarily disable this mod when doing the final trading.
