Adds Factionlogic to Nopileos Fortune
Adds Factionlogic to the unclaimed Nopileos' Fortune Sectors and will allow bordering AI to colonize them
New inhabitants may attempt to evict SCA stations, Teladi are neutral with them but their Police Faction of the Ministry of Finance definitely wants them gone
In my test run it was the teladi that secured the system first, this obviously can change and is a free for all with any bordering AI
Works with all Mods, can be implemented mid save and removed mid save, you just need to evict any new tenants on your own if you choose too remove it
