No Pirate Torture

Removes the pirate torture mechanics:

• []Pirates forcing a ship to stop moving when they select it as a target.[/]

  []Cloaked pirates forcing player stations to eject their inventory into space[/]

The forced stop mechanic exists because Egosoft can't figure out how to design piracy without this janky workaround. Like the Kha'ak torture, this implementation is terrible and has no counterplay.

The vanilla "escape" response doesn't actually escape from pirates. The ship is magically forced out of travel mode, and then the flee order chooses a random direction with no situational awareness of the threat. Players must either set the response to "comply" and eat the losses or use exploits for ignore behaviour.

Vanilla pirates can hack your stations to eject the inventory into space. It typically confuses new players because there is no explanation of the mechanic, they do it while disguised as another faction, and there is no notification when it happens. Players usually first encounter it while accumulating research materials in their HQ, and think it is a bug because the materials mysteriously disappear.

No Pirate Cloak and No Pirate Torture are compatible yet independent.

You can use both or choose one.

Your ships can still die with this mod.

Their forced stop ability is baked into your response behaviour, so they will treat everything as a refusal with the forced stop removed.

Functionally pirates will behave like Xenon: they opportunistically attack but can't force your ships to stop.
