Reduces all station module build times to 0 (excluding Xenon).

Compatible with game version 6. 00 - All DLC up to and including Kingdom End.
Note that the game appears to round up to the nearest minute and one minute appears to be the minimum.
I have intentionally left DLC dependencies out of content.xml (for this mod they are set to optional) so no matter which combination of DLC you do or do not have it will still work (untested for this one, but it works some of my other mods).
