What does this mod do?

This mod will spawn new black market traders on NPC stations at a very slow rate.

To summarize, after 12 hours from the beginning of a new game, unless the presence of black market traders has exceeded a certain percentage threshold, a new black market trader will be spawned at a station that does not have a black market trader every 30 minutes. The percentage threshold starts at 5% and will eventually reach a maximum of 40%. Eventually, there will be more and more black market traders available in the entire galaxy. Of course, you still have to find them and complete their special mission to unlock them.

Note that this mod also counts the stations that NPC constructs after game start as part of the station presence percentage. Black market traders whose station is destroyed will be relocated to another station within the same sector, unless e.g. all other stations already have their own black market traders; this is how vanilla works, and is not part of this mod.

Works also in existing savegames.

Can I Remove This Mod Safely?

Yes! No strings attached. Newly spawned black market traders will be cleaned up by the game using their own ways, unless Egosoft changed their code so much that I can't catch up.
