Aesthetic Purist for VRO

Shuul made a great mod for X4 that, apart from complete combat overhaul, also introduces a number of new ships to the game. Some are build out of current vanilla ship models, and others of either deprecated vanilla or X3 models. As a aesthetic purist I ended up not liking those ships that are not consistent with current vanilla design and made this small submod to disable those ships. Explanations for each disabled ship below.

This mod does not completely remove the ships from the game. Just removes them from shipyard and AI spawnlist.

This mod is not packed, and as such you can just comment out whichever lines required to reenable certain ships.

This mod was not intended for the public, but some people took an interest in it.

Disabled ships

• []Paranid Hyperion: Does not fit vanilla Paranid ship designs.

  []Split Panther and Viper: Build from X3 models that does not fit vanilla X4 Split ship designs and is just overall too low quality for my tastes.

  []Argon Centaur: A X3 model. With its more 'organic' look it does not fit vanilla X4 Argon/Antigone ship designs.

  []Terran Shikoku, Makhaira, Akita, and Sapporo: Does not fit vanilla Terran ship designs. They have been replaced by much better looking ships.
