3X Production Cycle Speed

This small mod only changes of wares production cycle times.

Resource and Product values are untouched.

Production cycle times 3x faster therefore universe spends and produces 3x faster.

Ship production is untouched.

I tried Mogudu520's speed up material production mod and found out that mod doesnt speeds up production instead increasing product amount of production cycle while resources stays the same, which breaks the game economy with overflowing product resulting npc ai build too many stations at the game.

This mod only changes ware production Cycle Time values of wares.

its impact on the universe is just speeding up npc progression of the game, resuting more traders in the universe and early station build ups of npcs.
