1 Minute Build Time - Excluding Defences

All non-mod station modules build in 1 minute, except defence platforms and administrative buildings, which have the vanilla build time.

Do not use this with any other mod which changes build times.

The build time reduction applies to every faction.

If you only want it for yourself, exclusively use the 10x / 100x module mods instead.

This mod provides the QOL benefit of low build time for industrial stations while preventing the player and AI from rapidly constructing defences.

Everyone must use fleet support while defences are under construction.

The encyclopedia says 1 second, but it's actually 1 minute. It's just set to 1 second to guarantee the hard-coded minimum build time of 1 minute.

Since this mod also allows NPCs to build faster, factions tend to do better against the Xenon.

Consider using Xenon buff mods.
