unused skin pack

this mod enables unused tournament reward skins. THIS MOD ADDS NO TEXTURES, IT ENABLES UNOBTAINABLE REWARD SKINS affects: starbeast, speedbird, hornet, killerbee S, nexus rx, boomer (broken, only the livery works) INSTRUCTIONS: enable mod, change your car to one of the skins and liverys, save game, disable mod. skin should stay on the car since it's part of the game. i unfortunately cant fix the boomer since the internal file is set to incomplete, but you can see what the skin looks like while the mod is enabled
