generic's realistic damage mod

tl;dr: your actions now have major consequences NOTE: this mod only changes things for the "realistic" damage setting, i haven't touched normal or intense. the best way i can describe this mod is a total overhaul of the damage system. it behaves how you would expect it to. health is less important overall, as dinks and bumps are practically inconsequential, while slamming into something going 70+ will instantly total your car. wheels now snap off much easier too. you will no longer be wrecked by bumps either, and will need to actually hit something. aside from removing the engine fire and towering smoke effects, and replacing them with a much more realistic white smoke, this mod is purely mechanical and gameplay changes. all effects you see in the pictures are from various other mods. (particles 2022+, more road dust, and better contact) this mod also works really well with the "wreckfest realism overhaul" mod
