Rally (+Trees) textures scaled x2

Since upscaling the NFS textures did some wonders why not apply it to this odd washed out ground textures of the Rally track. The trees were upscaled because they did feel out of place to the new sharper rally track. They shouldn't really stick out of other ones however, hopefully. (The CRM trees are actually downscaled by 4 because for some reason their just 8x8 per pixel) 2 minor changes: One of the rally barricades is now twosided, could do more like the one on the starting strip but I've never really noticed that one just that one in particular because you do have to fit in between them (the only barricade of that texture to do that I did check them all) In one corner I added 2 trees to make sure you don't jump to the left of the track, it's quite an obvious change for me at least never driving by the HUD the gap on the left was quite noticable and half the time I just veered off to the left. Evil bump, now not so much.
