Another Wreckfest Overhaul (updated May 2024.)

TLDR: Overhaul of the AI, mechanical/visual damage and collisions. Still a work in progress. THINGS TO NOTE: - The vehicles diagram will usually show the front blacking out almost instantly. I assure you it's irrelevant to this mod, and is more of an unwanted side effect. So it's okay to carry on wrecking with your front! - Not intended for career, so like the game already states, unwanted side effects will occur. Mod is still very much a work in progress, but is mostly complete at this stage. So expect some things like the damage to be a bit inconsistent on a few vehicles for the time being.. This is basically my preferred, personal offline experience which tbh was never intended for public sharing. So if you end up liking it, that's cool. The mod is designed for more hectic racing, authentic looking damage (but still encourages hard hitting), and vehicle collisions that give crashes and spins a bit more weight to them (.. you'll see what I mean.) Along with that, the environment now imposes more of threat to careless driving, but rewards those who make good use of it too. Sprinkled in are a few tweaks to other visual effects, like critically damaged cars spewing steam and dirt build up being a bit slower compared to vanilla. First side note is the vehicle collisions might not be everyone's liking, but the effects would not be impossible without it. So it has to be included. - Damage info: Damage (still a work in progress) is designed to be a bit more realistic visually, so the main 'bulk' of the vehicle doesn't get completely squished, and mechanical damage has been tweaked so only certain parts can wear, depending on the mode you've chosen. Thirdly, Hitter/Victim scaling is based heavily on momentum, so in general, hard hitting is the way to go in racing and derbies. The rate of damage received to HP is relatively the same across all modes. Also, vehicle HPs and Max part movements have both been drastically altered. The more tankier vehicles can now take as well
