CMDR Boom's Sticky Fix

Yeah, it's free. One quick, gooey coating to get the feel of paved surfaces more like pre-August 2019. For the moment this only effects paved surfaces and lessens the sticky wall effect. Still working on the grass. --Update #1-- Made my best guess at what the grass settings are and it seems to have lessened the punishing nature of hitting the grass. Further testing notes in the comment section. --Update #2--With my sincere thanks to The Very End in pinpointing the surface, I'll be dialing in and mowing down slippery grass! Initial settings refreshed in this update. --Update #3--After doing untold laps and tons of tweaks, this is probably as close as I'll get. --Update#4-- Added Loop surface data. Note-If you have CMDR Boom's BS Experience, this data is included with that mod and is not necessary. Just an add-on for those who prefer the vanilla car settings.
