Second European War

The year is 2032, 6 years after a Soviet victory in the First European War against the EU. It seems a storm is brewing over Europe once again, but this time, its different. The Europeans have turned towards old paths, fascism. They view it as the only way to end the Russian menace in Europe. With European militaries already getting ready for war against Russia, with aid from the Patriot Front in the US, it seems like there will be another devastating European War. The Soviet Union is the new superpower of the world, however they have to deal with many internal problems, such as potential uprisings in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, etc. Many experts are not sure who will win in a hypothetical war, however most agree that if the Europeans play their cards correct, they could easily secure a victory. If the Europeans want to win, they only have a short period of time before the Russians out power them. Will a new order triumph over Europe, or will The Soviets prevail?
