Cultures maxed Quick-start

Fractured Coast map (not mine) with just the 4 races spread around with their culture at full if you want to change their location and keep the culture it's easy pick up a villager and drop it where you want the village make him go crazy with the power in the [...] section then heal him with the god light in the same category it will create a new kingdom different from the original but keep their culture and their technologies if your villager doesn't go mad after you use the power, check his traits to see if he doesn't have the iron will or something like that i dont remember the name in engish nothing crazy but you know, can be tedious everytime to wait, here you start with a single house and about 10 guys of every race, and they will grow their city faster and have bigger borders, and the best in my opinion, farming.
