High-Capacity Electrical Substations

This is a set of four electrical substations with a higher capacity than is available in the base game. Included are small and large medium-voltage substations, as well as small and large high-voltage substations. The small substations look best when used with underground electrical wires, and the large substations look best when used with aboveground wires. (Many thanks to @Cola98765 for sharing this idea!
