Lignite Power Plant

This mod includes a Lignite Power Plant, since there is no lignite in the game it burns 150 tons of rawcoal, needs 50 workers and produces 3500 MW of power per day, it requieres a cooling tower and this mod also includes a small forced draft wet cooling tower I updated the model it now has two chimneys and has lights, i also updated the electric components.
