Ernst Thälmann Monument

NOW UPDATED WITH LOYALTY STATS What’s this?: Found in Ernst Thälmann Park in East Berlin, this Bronze Bust to the late Communist Party Leader, with a height of 14 m (46 ft) was created by Soviet sculptor Lev Kerbel between 1981 and 1986. Some plaques with political slogans were removed in the 1990s. The monument remains a protected landmark today. Despite it usually being covered in Graffiti in recent years, it was cleaned up to mark Thälmann’s 135th anniversary, and unveiled on the 17th of April 2021. It is with thanks to those individuals, and the wonderful AmiPolizeiFunk who provided me with extremely close up photographs of the cleaned up Monument that we can now give this up for download! A huge thank you to fredfroehlich, whose 3D scan of the monument was used in the creation of this model: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/ernst-thalmann-monument-0f1d4ff6a5a54f6fb0cb4df0bf137016 Stats: Base Building 7,936 Tris (has Diffuse and Normal map) Item in game is a Monument.
