The projects are dated 1949, they have a lot of decor, comfortable apartments, that is, these are clean Stalinist buildings, even without the simplifications of 1950, therefore such buildings are ideal for the construction of the period 1935-1957 Statistics. I will not provide specific information for each house, it is very similar. Houses from 7 to 16 residents with 88-96% comfort. The cost of one building is in the region of 2 thousand rubles.
