In Soviet times, a large portion of food was grown by the people themselves at their seasonal home(also called a dacha) or at their vegetable garden. Here you have three different aesthetic options, where your workers can grow food in exchange for wood. Doesnt need any electricity(except to turn the light on at night :)).
