📋 About This Mod
Ever notice how Geralt only has one walking speed in combat, and it's painfully slow? This mod fixes that — analog walk speed tied to how far you push the stick.
True Stride ties your walking speed directly to how far you tilt the stick. Barely nudge it and you'll creep along, push it further and he picks up the pace — just like real analog movement should work.
It kicks in while walking normally or walking with your guard raised, and it gets out of the way the moment you do anything else. Attack, dodge, sheath your sword, whatever — vanilla movement takes back over instantly, so it never messes with your combat.
Built with controller players in mind, since this is the kind of thing that only really makes sense with an analog stick. Keyboard users could take advantage of the maximum speed only.
