Redania Soldier NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for Redania soldier NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters Redania soldier entities. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.

Appearance changes:

• []tweaked red to be slightly darker

  []all metalic parts got its color/shine united

  []added recolored flaming rose helmet with more closed front

  []added non-rusty helmet from bandits

  []cloth under some helmets is now gray to match TW2

  []used 4k normalmap for chestpieces

  []added chestpiece version with leather and studs

  []included slim versions of each type

  []added sleeves with seperate colors to match chestpiece

  []added non-rusty gloves from bandits

  []added new version of quiver with strap to correctly go along chest

  []changed colors of quiver

  []included longer "skirt" version

• []soldiers have chance to drop coin & food

  []increased autohide distance on all items to 70+

  []Redanian soldier in "meeting of three" has his own appearance

• clothes on redanian corpses less desaturated
