Installation: 1) Download ReShade from here: http://reshade.me/forum/shaderpack-framework/816-legacy-download-links 2) Extract to " The Witcher 3/bin/x64/" 3) Extract the preset to " The Witcher 3/bin/x64/ReShade/"
Recommended: turn sharpening on. I disabled it in the preset and the in-game version doesn't seem to strain my eyes, even on high. Also, this: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/154/?
