Disables the hit effect. The hit effect is the bloody cloud that flashes along the screen border when you're hit. You can see it in the first image.
Do not confuse this with the low health effect which is the constant red border swirl effect that displays when health is low. That, thankfully, can be disabled with this mod.
Installation
Extract the .zip to your The Witcher 3\mods folder.
This mod changes the playerWitcher.ws file. I don't think it will mortally conflict with other mods but who knows. However, many other mods also change playerWitcher.ws so you may have to merge this with other mods. In that case, use the excellent tool Script Merger.
This is a very simple mod. All I did was comment out line 2833 in playerWitcher.ws which is located in:
The Witcher 3\content\content0\scripts\game\player
