This tiny mod changes "scripts\game\player\states\unconscious.ws"
There is almost no chance to incompatiblity with other mods.
= Indeed your health get 0 when attacked by guards but you dont die, Only become unconscious.
While the old version probably still works, there are some new scripts added to unconscious.ws to its good practice to update
