New Game Plus Main story complete Most side quest untouched

IF YOU USE THIS SAVE FILE FOR HOS DLC, THE RECOMMENDED LEVEL WILL BE DOUBLED. IT WILL BE HARDER SINCE IT'S A NEW GAME + SAVE

This was done on the 1. 08 with all free DLC downloaded Was done on the easiest difficulty, so if you want a challenge increase and don't use the best gear you can find, don't use any weapon/sign skills(in the character menu Level 70, all Signs, fightings and potion skills learned, done in new game plus+, not a lot of gold but plenty of swords to sell in the chest, a lot of materials for crafting, a lot of food/potions, minimal crafting diagrams
