Oils are too powerful, I nerfed them
I found the oils too be too powerful, so I changed them a bit. I kept the number of charges, for charges I recommend the Potion Duration and Oil Charges Multiplier mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2272/ .
Vanilla - 10%, 25%, 50% damage increase
Modded - 10%, 20%, 30% damage increase
