Each outcome includes several saves from the last few hours of game play. So if you wish to change some of the final decisions and you own Witcher 2 (Enhanced Edition), you can replay the final sequence and make some changes. This is why I don't have dozens of saves with every outcome combination.
Playing through the game 8 times takes a while. So I cheated to help generate the save games faster. Specifically, I gave Geralt 999,999 gold and maxed out his skills early in the game.
Thus in addition to the decisions, each save contains an exceptionally powerful Geralt with the most epic and expensive gear the game has to offer. Depending on how Witcher 3 import works, these saves may result in unusually powerful starting characters.
