Circles of Power - Vigor Bug Fix

Unzip to your \"The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition\" folder (the main game folder with the Launcher.exe); the fix file will then end up in CookedPC/items/def_item_circleofpower.xml Created for version 3. 2 and compatible with the latest version of the game (3. 3). I don\'t expect any problems if you use it for older versions of the game (though pre-EE may conflict). The fix is very simple and shouldn\'t conflict or cause any issues, unless you use a mod which changes the same file (def_item_circleofpower.xml). There currently is no mod which does that, and if there were the author would probably make the same fix. The \'Circle of Vigor\' in The Witcher 2 is bugged; it won\'t give you the effect that it should, but instead it has the same effects as the \'Circle of Life\' (though they don\'t stack). I ran across this small bug when working on a new mod, so I decided to upload this quick and simple fix. Feel free to redistribute or do whatever with this file; it\'d be unfair of me to claim credit for changing one single word.
