Blocking without Vigor Drain

This little \"mod\" changes block so blocking does not drain vigor. I can\'t really guarantee that it will work if you are really totally out of vigor. And as for what it does to the balance, well it will unbalance the balance, thats for sure ;) Note: This also means you can block when you don\'t have Vigor, but to make that possible Vigor now regenerates a bit quicker (it had a timeout value) How to Install Unpack zip into The Witcher 2\\CookedPC The required subfolders are contained In order to do this I had to disable the \"vigor-regen-timeout\" Feedback might be nice as to what this breaks (if anything)
