this hotkey has FIVE features to improve looting / combat:
1) pressing 'right click' will press 'middle click'.
camera movement with Right Click instead of holding middle click
2) middle click will HOLD left mouse click.this allows to you auto-run towards the cursor
3) Thumb Mouse Button: will cycle camera angles F1,F2,F3
4) E will cast igni and use potions
5) shift, space and alt modified
press F12 to disable all hotkeys
