Description

Local browser GUI tools for Windrose saves. Edit character inventory with searchable ItemDB support, and scan/clean world saves for huge item stacks. Requires backups before world edits and modifications to saves. Credit to KHBIN for the original Windrose Save Editor and ItemDB.

Installation instructions

Download and extract the files into one folder. Install Python 3. 10 or newer from python.org and tick “Add Python to PATH”. Optional: run pip install psutil for game process detection.

Run either:

python "Windrose Web GUI.py"

python "Windrose World Cleaner.py"

Main features

Inventory GUI: auto-detect saves, browse inventory, search ItemDB, add/replace items, edit counts and levels.

World Cleaner GUI: scan world saves for huge item stacks, create required backups, set selected stacks to a safer count, or remove selected stacks.

  Requirements

  - Python 3. 10+.

  - Included rocksdb.dll must stay beside the scripts. 

  - Always close Windrose before editing.

  - Keep your own backup of %LOCALAPPDATA%\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\.
