Windrose Melee Weapon Overhaul

Description

I build this mod because I think the vanilla melee weapon looks similar...(but great sword OP).

This mod aims to rebalance melee weapon families. I also gives each one a unique skill, making them feel more distinct from one another.

This mod should support all in-game language, but I haven't tested them all.

I tried to balance the damage / DPS / crit DPS by using GPT... You can check it in the image section if you want. You are always welcome to suggest any ideas to make them more balance~Please leave a comment~!

Perfect Dodge is easier to happen now, I tune it up from 0. 1s to 0. 3s. Again, please leave a comment if you think this is too strong.

Direct hit damage -40%; Attacks and Blocks about 10% faster

new Precise Counter: perfect block grants +10% crit chance for 6s, up to 5 stacks.

This turns rapier into a fast, light weapon which focus on perfect block and critical damage.

No damage and speed change

new Flowing Arsenal: Saber hits advance passive reload progress by 5%.

This encourages people to use saber with firearms, especially pistol.

Base posture damage +25%, Attacks Animation slower by 15%.

new Cocussion: Perfect Dodge grants +30% posture damage for 8 seconds.

This make maces usable and give you a reason to try perfect dodge.

Great Sword

Attack Animation slower by about 40%

new Offense as Defense: beginning an attack reduces damage taken by 15% for 1. 5 seconds. Each attack refreshes the duration.

Vanilla Great Sword is too OP. Even slower by 40% it is still OP now, but it give it a better style....you can "Trade" your attack better now.

Direct hit damage +15%; Attack Animation slower by 15%

new Defensive Offense: Posture +1, Critical Damage +15%.

Just let halberd block better and some buff on crit damage.

Installation instructions

I originally want to use pure PAK, but end up saber make me use UE4SS. Technically you can have the changes of all other weapons without UE4SS. Saber will still get the skill in tooltips but not really functioning.

install UE4SS

Extract the .zip file and put into the game folder Windrose\

I am not sure if it is okay for multiplay, haven't tested yet.
