Shovel Radius

Description

This mod lets you change the size of the terraforming area in-game, something the base game does not support by default.

It also increases how far from your character you can terraform, making it easier to work at a distance.

Starting with (v1. 0. 3), the mod works near buildings as well. Be careful though: unsupported buildings may be destroyed if they end up floating.

Be aware, using Flatten on an area containing dropped items will cause those items to disappear.

Installation instructions

Paste the mod in your ue4ss mods folder.

Local installation (requires ue4ss):

steamapps\common\Windrose\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\

Local hosted server (requires ue4ss):

Windrose\R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\

Dedicated server (requires ue4ss):

Main features

• []Adjustable terraform radius and range for all shovel modes (Dig, Raise, and Flatten) by pressing (not holding) the buttons below:[/]

  []Shift + Page Up for increasing the radius[/]

  []Shift + Page Down for decreasing the radius[/]

  []Alt  + Page Up for increasing the range[/]

  []Alt  + Page Down for decreasing the range[/]

  []Default range set to 1000[/]

  []You have to re-equip the shovel after changing the range, otherwise it won't update[/]

  Troubleshooting

  Make sure the game is installed correctly, your main game should be:  steamapps\common\Windrose\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\ShovelRadiusClient\Scripts\main.lua

  Dedicated server:

  Dedicatedserver\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\ShovelRadiusServer\Scripts\main.lua

  Make sure you are pressing the hotkeys to increase the radius, see main features above!

  If none of these steps work then PM me your logs and i'll take a look at it.
