Movement Facing for First Person Camera - V2

Description

This is V2 of my movement-facing add-on for axbhub’s First Person Camera mod.

It changes player facing so movement and actions follow camera direction better in first person, and it fixes the dodge camera issue.

Requirements

- First Person Camera by axbhub

- Make a .txt file named mods and put "WindroseTP_MovementFacing : 1

; Built-in keybinds, do not move up!

Keybinds : 1" if newly installing.

What this add-on does

- Makes player facing follow camera direction

- Fixes the dodge camera issue

- Improves first-person movement feel

- Works as a companion file for First Person Camera

Known issues for third person

- Strafing left and right may still use forward-style locomotion animation

- Walking backward may still use forward-walk animation

- These appear to be animation issues, not camera or dodge issues

1. Install First Person Camera by axbhub

2. Drop this mod folder into:

Path to steam\steamapps\common\Windrose\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods

3. Make sure conflicting movement or camera mods are disabled

- This is a companion add-on, not a standalone first-person camera mod

- This is the V2 version of the movement-facing file under a new name
