Description:

Modifies sea ship spawn cooldowns, ship counts, and spawn chance across all ship variation types. Covers three cooldown fields: SpawnerActivationCooldown, SpawnerPostDestroyCooldown, and SpawnerPostDespawnCooldown. Spawn chance is capped at 1. 0.

Vanilla reference: Activation = 15 min (900 s), PostDestroy = 15 min (900 s), PostDespawn = 30 s. SpawnLimit = 12. The 15min/30min/45min variants set ALL three cooldowns to the same value, doubling ship counts in parallel. The curated variants (Enhanced, VanillaHard, VanillaHard_Fast) are hand-tuned alternatives with Blackbeard fleet tier upgrades applied.
