Windrose enum values from the .usmap
DockedOrNearThePlayer = 2
FarAway = 4
The vanilla asset only allows status 2, meaning the ship cargo UI works only when the player is docked/near the ship.
Patched value:
AllowedStatusForDefaultInventoryModule = 6
6 is 2 + 4, so it allows both:
DockedOrNearThePlayer
That makes the normal in-game flagship cargo inventory available even when away from the ship.
