This is a clean, lossless Engine.ini for Windrose focused on reducing hitching and improving general smoothness without intentionally lowering visual quality or changing the overall look of the game.

The goal is simple:

better streaming, smoother traversal, cleaner async loading behavior, and improved shader cache / PSO handling while keeping the original visual presentation intact.

This is a config tweak, not a gameplay mod or content mod.
