Better Levels

Before loading an existing character save, you must reset all attribute points and talent points first. The data modified by this mod will be saved to your character save! Make sure to backup your character save before using it! If you remove the mod after using it, your character save won't load. You can use Windrose Save Repair Tool to repair it back to a vanilla loadable save.
