Installation:

Put patch3.fat and patch3.dat in your data_win64 folder

Features:

What Has Been Changed?

Firing patterns - NPCs shoot faster now

Firing rate - NPC and player guns shoot faster (Only Smg11 and MP9)

Damage - Now you die faster, and can probably die to unarmed civilians

Gun Muzzle Lighting - Made some of the muzzle flash lighting brighter and bigger for some guns

Bullet Tracing - Now you will occasionally see bullets whizzing, not all at once

1. Gangs use different guns than Umeni does

2. Armored gunmen have more health than regular gunmen (Their health is not the same anymore)

Animations:

1. NPCs step farther to the side now when shooting so its harder to track them

2. Civilians now have better fleeing animations

3. Player jogs differently when holding a 1 handed weapon (P-9mm, Smg11, etc.)

4. Player has a slightly different sprinting animation
