How to use:
You need to have scripthook installed.
In the environment menu, you will find the broadcast option.
When you select one of the videos,
it will be hacked and the NPCs will react and stay there reacting until you reset to normal programming.
How to install:
put the two files in patch.fat\generated\databases\generic
