Raw, unaccelerated mouse look for Watch Dogs (2014) on PC.
The game reshapes your mouse input inside the engine: it runs every delta through an acceleration function, clamps how far the camera may turn in a single frame, and adds a deadzone while driving. None of that can be turned off from the options menu or GamerProfile.xml. This mod removes all three by patching the engine in memory at startup.
