HOW TO INSTALL
Extract Livingcityplus.zip and drag all the contents into your win_64 folder in your Watch_Dogs directory. Boom, you're done. Some settings in the Living City mod config have been changed a bit.
This works great for a first playthrough! Installation is simple and compatible with previously existing save files.
