Rogue Trader Portrait Collection

This is a collection of Warhammer 40k portraits I have collated (predominantly thanks to the excellent 40k.gallery). Current count is 142, though more may be added as I find them.

I have not created any of the artwork included here, and all credits go to the artists. My contribution is solely the collecting/resizing of them for use as a portrait in the Rogue Trader cRPG.

No AI has been used in the creation of any artwork in this collection, and all artist credits are below.

I have done my best to keep this as close to the official style of Owlcat's Rogue Trader, but even so there are a fair few portraits that are a distinctly different style, not full portraits, or lacking distinct backgrounds. All of these are otherwise fitting for the vast universe of 40k stylistically.

Some art is from officially license Games Workshop products (i.e. Rogue Trader, Wrath and Glory), others are entirely fan creations.

If any artwork used has been created by you, please let me know and it will be taken out of the collection.

Installation

Simply extract the downloaded file to the following:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue TraderNote: If you use any other portrait mods, it may prompt you for overwrite. This is safe to do so, but will replace whatever was already in that folder.

To avoid this, you can safely rename any of the folders in "portraits" to something else, and it will still be detected by the game. Note that this may cause issues with your portrait in an existing save.
