Concentrated Fire Fix

Concentrated Fire in the base game has the unique and extremely strange behavior of dividing the BS bonus scaling of the ability by the number of enemy tiles hit. This generally makes the skill quite a bit worse than it should be, but only sometimes. For some examples, if you have a BS of 100 for a BS bonus of 10:

  []Hitting a single, one-tile enemy will deal 150% bonus damage[/]

  []Hitting two one-tile enemies will deal 100% bonus damage[/]

  []Hitting all 9 tiles of a 3x3 size enemy will deal 61% bonus damage[/]

  []Hitting a single tile of a 3x3 size enemy will deal 150% bonus damage[/]

This mod removes this behavior, so the bonus damage will always equal what's listed in the tooltip regardless of the number of enemies or their size.
