Known Issues:

Some areas of maps can't find places to spawn. Should be fine in most areas of most missions, but i know the area before the elevator of relay has this problem. Please let me know if its a common occurrance, you should see a message in chat each time.

Description

Twitch Mode at home: Link to your twitch account and chat can vote on boons or banes in game. Only works if you are host.

Installation instructions

Install like any other mod. Only works in singleplayer modes. Tested on: SoloPlay, ChaosWastesAtHome.

Setup:

Each user registers their own Twitch application, so there is no shared client id and no shared rate-limit pool.

• []Go to https://dev.twitch.tv/console/apps and register an application.

  []OAuth Redirect URL:

  http://localhost(unused, but required)[/]

  []Category: anything[/]

  []Client Type: Public — this is the one that matters. Device code flow only works for public clients, and a confidential app will fail.[/]

[]Copy the Client ID (not a secret — there isn't one).[/]

[]In game:

/vox client_id <your client id>

/vox auth[/]

[]A code and a URL appear in chat. Open the URL, enter the code, approve.[/]

[]/vox statusshould report signed in and connected.[/]

Notes:

For ChaosWastesAtHome, there is currently no unique CWaH compatibility. Specifically, I have yet to implement voting for the next map, or voting for which buff is selected. The base mechanics of spawning enemies and giving items/buffs should all work though.

I am looking into adding integration with youtube streaming as well. Not sure if i want to bundle it into this mod or split it out into a second one yet.
