✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Clean and focused mod—does exactly what it says
- Recent update (June 2026) shows active maintenance
- Decent community support with 158 endorsements
⚠️ Cons
- Very niche—only affects skull icons, so if you want more UI overhauls, this won't do much
- Potential conflicts with other UI mods that alter enemy tags or HUD elements
- No compatibility info provided for other mods, so test with your load order
For 7 Days to Die players who find the skull icons on tagged enemies distracting or immersion-breaking. If you're a UI purist who wants a cleaner HUD without losing functionality, this is for you. Skip if you want more comprehensive UI changes or if you rely on skull icons to gauge threat levels.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this is a UI mod, make sure to place it in your mods folder and load it after any other UI mods to avoid conflicts.
- If you're using EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat), this mod is client-side only, so it should work without disabling EAC, but verify in your server settings.
- Test in a single-player game first to see if the skulls are removed as expected before joining a multiplayer server.
