I Need Healing

I Need Healing automatically alerts your team when you are on your last uncorrupted wound.

The mod uses Darktide’s native communication-wheel voice lines and localized team-chat messages. No keybind or manual chat input is required.

Callout behavior

An "I need healing" callout is triggered when corruption leaves you on your last uncorrupted wound. Low health alone does not trigger a callout.

Repeat Callouts is disabled by default, so the mod calls out only once until you recover to at least two uncorrupted wounds and reach your last wound again. Enable it to repeat the request at the configured interval, with a default of 180 seconds.

Voice and team-chat messages can be enabled or disabled independently.

Thank You behavior

After a healing request has been triggered, recovering to at least two uncorrupted wounds triggers one native "Thank you" callout.

Restoring health while remaining on your last uncorrupted wound does not trigger a thank-you callout. Recovery is detected regardless of the healing source.

Thank You is enabled by default and can be disabled in the mod settings.
