Your user and mod settings can get reset to default for a myriad of unintended reasons. This mod regularly creates backups of your user_settings.config file so that you can restore your hard-earned configuration in such an event.
It will also detect when resets happen and show a popup to let you know. For convenience, the "Exit game" button will automatically open the folder where everything is saved.
Backups will stop until you restore the previous settings, otherwise you'd be backing up the newly reset defaults and overwriting your previously backed up settings.
