Typhoon MkIb Cockpit edit by Altair Featuring Swiftsure from Azur Lane

8K DDS interior and 8K DDS exterior (with optional native 12K version) (148mb in total) (REQUIRE 7-ZIP)

All textures were AI enhanced/upressed

Cockpit contains:

- 3 photos (2) tape mounted (2 shine, tape also shine) (on one of the photos there is paper card)

- cockpit grey re-hue (to fit with exterior skin)

- all textures (apart from clocks) were AI enhanced to 4K from 1K

Skin contains:

- 3 roundel decals, on upper and lower wing and tail sides

- Dozen of inscriptions on upper part of the wing

- Fictional plane designation number SAZ45 (Swiftsure Azur Lane 45th edit)

- Tail markings of Royal Navy from Azur Lane

- On right side of the engine there is painted art on peeled of paint (metal like base)

- Red rottex

- Grey skin tone with hint of blue (a la dark navy) Base texture was upressed form 2K to 12K

I would say, edit came out nicely, unlike others that i "made" and not yet published

Colors are toned which looks quite nice, i got this veeeery nice one picture for upper wing decal, it looks great :) (imo)

On wing text is nicely visible from cockpit which was my intention, so i'm happy that it worked out.

Thanks to fact that i evaluated cockpit before picture search process i did not wasted myself time on finding too many arts that i would really need.

Was worried that this cockpit might be actually unusable, back plate and seat for example are looped textures and dashboard did not had sufficient space to stick anything of decent quality on it.

Originally i thought about adding paper card on dashboard (it would fit) but then i realized i will just unnecessarily enlarge file size by 28mb and only stress GPU VRAM for no reason, so i instead made paper card on plate photo since it was of wrong dimensions anyway so there was this unpleasant for eye, empty space.

In result, paper card might be bit smallish, my bad.

IAS speed is most optimal climbing speed (to 5km alt) according to data sheets

P (prop pitch) R (Radiator) those settings (radiator in particular) might be incorrect, or rather, lack precision.

About this edit:

It was planned same day i delivered Hurricane and started tinkering on Spitfire that i released ages later, so this Typhoon is last of long due projects.

Now to come Kingcobra, 109F4 and Salamander and yes.

Kingcobra lacks good source material.

109F4 made me realized that i just hate yellow (i made skin with yellow elements and i just hate it.

And Salamander is case of "how to do it for it to look better"/"what to do"

None of them will be done soon.
